Johnnie leads our interim practice, bringing over a decade of Private Equity recruitment experience across London and New York before co-founding Greco Advisors. He’s worked with everyone partnering with funds of all sizes from first-time raises to global giants, specialising in Interim Management and Independent Consultants. Johnnie is drawn to the pace, flexibility and immediate impact this talent pool brings to value creation. His strength lies in building trusted relationships and delivering high-impact talent with speed, precision and flexibility - where it matters most. Outside of work, Johnnie enjoys cycling through the Yorkshire hills and spending time with his two daughters.

Lottie is part of the executive search team and focused on building Portfolio Operations teams within private equity funds. She brings 7 years of experience working in recruitment and search, most recently placing mid-level investment professionals into PE funds, specifically with mid-market and large-cap private equity clients. At Greco, her focus will be on partnering with PE funds to identify and secure Operating professionals from VP to Partner level. Outside of the office, Lottie lives in South West London and enjoys staying active by running and playing tennis in Battersea Park. When she can, she enjoys escaping to Dorset to explore new coastal walks.

Focused on driving transformation and excellence across research, delivery & operations, Alex is particularly passionate about candidate and client care, as well as exploring how technology can be leveraged to streamline the overall search process. Alex has spent over half a decade in search, primarily working with private equity, venture capital-backed and listed businesses across the UK, Europe and globally to appoint CFOs and their direct reports.

Dickon is focused on generalist value creation functions within private equity operations teams as well as transformation leadership positions across their associated portfolio companies. Dickon has spent 8 years leading mid-senior level searches across strategy, transformation and M&A for both private equity funds, their portfolios as well as corporate clients. His typical placements include, Chief Transformation Officer, Portfolio Manager, Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff. Dickon has led multiple senior leadership searches across a range of sectors with a strong spike in financial services as an industry.Outside of work, Dickon is keen cook and enjoys travelling to as many new countries as possible.

As an Associate Consultant in the Technology, Product and Data team, Edward helps to drive value creation for our Private Equity clients. He holds a bachelor's in history from the University of St Andrews. He brings previous experience from the Private Equity team at a global expert network where he worked closely with mid-market investors to deliver insights and industry experts across a range of sector . At Greco, he partners with our Private Equity clients to identify and place senior technology and data leaders in roles within their value creation and portfolio company leadership teams.
Outside of work, Edward is passionate about sports, film, and travel. A dedicated Manchester United supporter, and he also enjoys running and seeing friends on the weekend.

Selena Farooqi specialises in Executive Search and Interim Management, recruiting top HR talent for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. She has a proven track record of placing HR leaders who drive growth, transformation and strategic impact across a wide range of sectors. With deep expertise across the full HR spectrum, including Talent, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Organisational Design and Effectiveness, Selena understands how HR shapes culture, drives performance and aligns with business goals. Over the past decade, she has built a trusted network of forward-thinking HR leaders who influence executive teams and deliver meaningful change. Outside of work, Selena enjoys travelling, walking and curating her ever-growing list of must-visit restaurants on Google Maps.

Jenna moved to London 4 years ago to obtain her MSc from LSE in Immigration Policy. Originally from the United States, she has built an extensive network on this side of the pond. Over the past 3 years, she's worked in Recruitment across niche technology specialisms and Client Engagement across the Software, IT Services and Defence sectors. Jenna joins Greco as a Consultant for the Interim Tech, Product and Data Team. She has a passion for building communities and helping to identify and secure exceptional talent across the tech and digital sector. Additionally, she's looking forward to expanding her network of technology leaders within the Private Equity ecosystem. In her free time, Jenna enjoys a round of golf, Pilates, and Sunday morning walks across Hampstead Heath

Ethan has spent the past 4 years in Private Equity-focused hiring, specializing in tahe Technology, Product, and Data/AI markets. He has successfully delivered searches for investment firms ranging from Venture Capital to Mid-Market and Large-Cap Private Equity, supporting both in-house roles within funds and mission-critical appointments across their portfolio companies. Ethan’s network spans both strategic C-suite advisors as well as hands-on delivery leaders, enabling him to build high-impact teams that drive value creation through digital transformation, innovation, and operational scale. His deep market insight and tailored approach make him a trusted partner to investors and operators alike. Outside of work, Ethan is a passionate Arsenal fan and enjoys long dog walks with his family in Kent.

Harry leads the Interim CFO practice, specialising in executive finance hires for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He is dedicated to supporting private equity funds with the immediate deployment of trusted CFOs in response to growth and turnaround situations, and he provides tailored CFO advisory services to assist with due diligence, diagnostics, complex transactions, and exit readiness. Before joining Greco, Harry played a key role in establishing and leading the Business Development function at Freshminds. Outside of his professional pursuits in London, Harry finds enjoyment in spending time outdoors in Sussex.

Jake has over 7 years experience building Engineering, Product, Data, and Cyber teams for private equity and venture capital-backed technology businesses. Jake has delivered multiple senior leadership searches within this space, with a particular focus on landing businesses in the UK and Europe for the first time. At Greco Jake works with our private equity clients to build Tech, Product, Cyber, and Data portfolio operations teams and then supports these teams with permanent C-Level hiring at the portfolio level. Jake’s typical hires include – Chief Data and Data Science Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Product Officer alongside specific team builds when appropriate. Outside of work, Jake is a keen sportsman and can often be found playing football and cricket on weekends.

Anna initially worked for Greenwood Executive and transitioned to Greco Advisors when the business merged with Reuleaux Search. She works as an executive researcher across both the interim and permanent desks, helping us find the best possible candidates for our clients. Anna lives in Lincolnshire with her family and their labrador, Olive, and loves running and cooking.

Natalie holds a BA in Politics and Spanish from the University of Bristol. She began her career in executive search focused exclusively on the mining industry, where she conducted site-based and corporate searches across Europe, Africa, North America, and South America. Additionally, she has worked on pre-investment due diligence projects for resource funds.
Her experience in the mining sector cultivated a specific focus on ESG topics and Sustainability. At Greco, she is eager to expand upon this area in a dynamic and impactful manner. Furthermore, Natalie is motivated to develop extensive networks across the private equity industry and is passionate about finding the best candidates for our clients.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys dining out with friends, reading and painting.

Lucy brings specialised experience placing top-tier finance executives within private equity portfolio companies. At Greco, Lucy focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of CFOs and advisors. With Harry, they have successfully placed interim finance talent across the UK, Europe and the US, within a variety of industries and scenarios, from complex carve-outs through to buy-and-build strategies and rescue missions. Outside of the office, Lucy is based in Cambridgeshire enjoying countryside living along with playing hockey on the weekends.

Dan holds a chartered accountant qualification, backed by a track record spanning over 15 years in the corporate world. His experience covers a wide spectrum of financial aspects, including finance management, control, reporting, and strategic planning. Notably, he spent seven of those years in the Recruitment sector, serving at the director level. During this time, he helped to grow a company from its start-up phase to achieving annual revenues exceeding £100 million. As a consultant Finance Director, Dan oversees the day-to-day financial operations and contributes to the company's growth strategies. Dan resides in London, where he shares his home with his wife, daughter, and a white Bichon Frise!

Ben has joined Greco as part of the permanent technology practise to work with private equity clients to build Tech, Product, Cyber, and Data portfolio operations teams, supporting them with C-Level hiring at the portfolio level. Ben brings 7 years recruitment experience working across a range of functions and seniorities, most recently coming from an established search environment focussing on ‘growth level’ go-to-market positions for VC-backed clients. He is particularly passionate about process and candidate care and ensuring a slick and well-delivered search process. Outside of work he can be found buzzing around Regents Park on his bike in the mornings, doing his best to singlehandedly support several independent coffee shops or trying his hand at cooking from his home near Victoria Park.

Tom is focused on generalist value creation functions within private equity operations teams and their portfolio companies. Tom has spent over 8 years leading mid-senior level interim and independent consulting engagements for private equity funds, portfolio companies, and other privately owned and corporate clients. Typical requirements include interim C-Suite and C-1 roles in transformation, strategy, general management and M&A, as well as ad hoc strategy, due diligence, and PMO assignments. Tom has worked extensively with current and former strategy consultants across all sectors.

Nicole has over 10 years’ experience working within the corporate and technology sectors, supporting C-Suite executives. With a passion for organising and building key relationships, her experience as a freelance assistant over recent years has enabled her to build on her network and provide the best service with credibility. Nicole works as an EA and Project Coordinator to the Co-Founders, helping to drive and support the growth of the team and business. Nicole lives in Hertfordshire and spends most of her time running after her two girls, but also loves cooking and dining out with her husband and socialising with friends. A musician at heart with a passion for the theatre!

Megan leads Greco’s Interim Go-To-Market, Commercial, and Marketing practice, collaborating with a trusted network of seasoned consultants, advisors, and interim executives. She works closely with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to drive value creation initiatives across all stages of growth. With six years of experience at a global expert network, Megan specialised in supporting European private equity deal teams by connecting them with top-tier industry experts to inform investment decisions throughout the deal lifecycle. Outside of work, Megan enjoys hiking, playing netball, and exploring the Yorkshire countryside.

Rhodri is a Junior Associate currently completing a placement year with Greco Advisors, where he is rotating across key value creation practice areas. Originally from South Wales, Rhodri is pursuing a BSc in Business Economics at the University of Exeter. At university, he has developed a passion for behavioural economics and environmental economics. Outside of the office, Rhodri is a keen sportsperson keeping fit by playing golf, football and going to the gym as well as being a big fan of Welsh rugby.

Calixta is a Junior Associate currently completing a placement year with Greco Advisors, where she is rotating across key value creation practice areas. Originally from Madrid, she moved to the UK to study Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) at the University of Warwick.
Calixta brings experience from international finance and consulting firms, and is fluent in Spanish, French and English. Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading, and cooking for family and friends.

As an Associate Consultant within Greco's Portfolio Operations practice, Fenella plays a key role in enhancing value creation for Private Equity funds. She achieves this by identifying and placing top Operating professionals, spanning from VP to Partner level. Fenella is passionate about finding the optimal fit for both candidate and client.
Fenella holds a Bachelor's degree in History from University College London. She began her career in Executive Search, spending just over a year supporting the research function of a boutique firm. There, she specialised in placing senior to C-suite level executives across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure, and Retail industries. Outside of work, Fenella enjoys playing tennis in and around Wandsworth and exploring the West End for musical theatre shows.

Olivia is a consultant within Greco's Portfolio Operations team, where she partners closely with Private Equity funds. Her focus is on identifying and placing exceptional Operating Professionals, from VP to Partner level, who can drive value within portfolio companies. Prior to Greco, Olivia gained significant experience in the infrastructure sector, where she successfully placed senior to C-suite level professionals. Her expertise spans various functions, with a particular emphasis on commercial and operational leadership roles.

Originally from Barbados, Olivia moved to London six years ago to pursue her Bachelor’s degree from King’s College London. Outside of work, Olivia maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying cycling, spin classes, and swimming, particularly at Brockwell Park.
