Johnnie leads our interim practice, bringing over a decade of Private Equity recruitment experience across London and New York before co-founding Greco Advisors. He’s worked with everyone partnering with funds of all sizes from first-time raises to global giants, specialising in Interim Management and Independent Consultants. Johnnie is drawn to the pace, flexibility and immediate impact this talent pool brings to value creation. His strength lies in building trusted relationships and delivering high-impact talent with speed, precision and flexibility - where it matters most. Outside of work, Johnnie enjoys cycling through the Yorkshire hills and spending time with his two daughters.

Lottie is part of the executive search team and focused on building Portfolio Operations teams within private equity funds. She brings 7 years of experience working in recruitment and search, most recently placing mid-level investment professionals into PE funds, specifically with mid-market and large-cap private equity clients. At Greco, her focus will be on partnering with PE funds to identify and secure Operating professionals from VP to Partner level. Outside of the office, Lottie lives in South West London and enjoys staying active by running and playing tennis in Battersea Park. When she can, she enjoys escaping to Dorset to explore new coastal walks.

Focused on driving transformation and excellence across research, delivery and operations, Alex is particularly passionate about candidate and client care, as well as exploring how technology can be leveraged to streamline the overall search process. Alex has spent over half a decade in search, primarily working with private equity, venture capital-backed and listed businesses across the UK, Europe and globally to appoint CFOs and their direct reports.

Dickon leads our Strategy & Transformation practice, hiring key CEO-1 permanent leadership positions across PE-backed businesses in Europe & the US. Dickon has spent 11 years leading senior searches across strategy, transformation and M&A for both private equity funds, their portfolios as well as corporate clients. His typical placements include Chief Transformation Officer, VP Transformation and Chief of Staff. Dickon has led senior leadership searches across a range of sectors and geographies, from ExCo leadership through to building out teams from the ground up. Outside of work, Dickon is a keen cook and enjoys travelling to as many new countries as possible.

Jo brings over two decades of experience in the executive search industry, having founded one of the UK’s first R2R firms. Her career spans roles from research through to partner-level hiring, and she has worked extensively with leading global search firms and boutiques, building long-standing relationships across the industry.

She later transitioned into an in-house talent acquisition role for a leading digital technology search company and has recently joined us to lead our talent function, supporting the continued scaling of the business across the UK and North America.

Selena leads our People & Talent practice, partnering with Private Equity Funds and Portfolio Leadership teams to appoint exceptional HR talent. She delivers Search, Interim and Advisory solutions across two core areas: building HR and Talent capability within portfolio operations teams and appointing senior HR leaders into portfolio companies. These appointments strengthen leadership capability and drive value creation at every stage of the investment lifecycle, shaping culture and enhancing performance. Drawing on a trusted, international network built over more than a decade, Selena brings a deep understanding of how HR drives value creation. She is known for challenging conventional hiring approaches and building long-term relationships grounded in authenticity, transparency and integrity.

Jenna has over four years’ experience working across the Interim and Fractional market in Tech. Originally from the United States, she completed her MSc in Immigration Policy at LSE and went on to build a career in recruitment, driven by a strong interest in people and talent. She has developed an extensive network across Product, Technology, Data, Digital Infrastructure and AI, with early experience hiring niche technology specialists, including ServiceNow and Salesforce professionals. As a Senior Consultant in the Interim Tech, Product and Data Practice, Jenna focuses on connecting industry leaders, building collaborative communities and identifying exceptional talent across the tech and digital landscape of Private Equity. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, Pilates and Sunday morning walks on Hampstead Heath.

Ethan has spent the past five years in private equity focused hiring, specialising in Technology, Product and Data/AI markets. He has successfully delivered searches for investment firms ranging from Venture Capital to Mid-Market and Large-Cap Private Equity, supporting both in-house roles within funds and mission-critical appointments across their portfolio companies. Ethan’s network spans both strategic C-suite advisors as well as hands-on delivery leaders, enabling him to build high-impact teams that drive value creation through digital transformation, innovation, and operational scale. His deep market insight and tailored approach make him a trusted partner to investors and operators alike. Outside of work, Ethan is a passionate Arsenal fan and enjoys long dog walks with his family in Kent.

Harry leads the Interim CFO practice, specialising in executive finance hires for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He is dedicated to supporting private equity funds with the immediate deployment of trusted CFOs in response to growth and turnaround situations, and he provides tailored CFO advisory services to assist with due diligence, diagnostics, complex transactions, and exit readiness. Before joining Greco, Harry played a key role in establishing and leading the Business Development function at Freshminds. Outside of his professional pursuits in London, Harry finds enjoyment in spending time outdoors in Sussex.

Jake has over 7 years experience building Engineering, Product, Data, and Cyber teams for private equity and venture capital-backed technology businesses. Jake has delivered multiple senior leadership searches within this space, with a particular focus on landing businesses in the UK and Europe for the first time. At Greco Jake works with our private equity clients to build Tech, Product, Cyber, and Data portfolio operations teams and then supports these teams with permanent C-Level hiring at the portfolio level. Jake’s typical hires include – Chief Data and Data Science Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Product Officer alongside specific team builds when appropriate. Outside of work, Jake is a keen sportsman and can often be found playing football and cricket on weekends.

Anna initially worked for Greenwood Executive and transitioned to Greco Advisors when the business merged with Reuleaux Search. She works as an executive researcher across both the interim and permanent desks, helping us find the best possible candidates for our clients. Anna lives in Lincolnshire with her family and their labrador, Olive, and loves running and cooking.

Natalie is a Senior Consultant in Greco’s Strategy & Transformation Practice, focused on placing high-impact value creation talent into private equity-backed businesses. She specialises in hiring transformation leaders across PE portfolio companies, from Chief of Staff through to Chief Transformation Officer roles. She has worked across a range of industries, partnering with investors and management teams to find the right leaders to drive change, accelerate performance and unlock value. She began her career in executive search focused on the mining industry, where she conducted site-based and corporate searches globally and worked on pre-investment due diligence projects for resource funds. Natalie holds a BA in Politics and Spanish from the University of Bristol. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys dining out with friends, reading, and painting.

Lucy brings specialised experience in placing top-tier finance executives within private equity portfolio companies. At Greco, Lucy focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of CFOs and advisors. With Harry, they have successfully placed interim finance talent across the UK, Europe and the US, within a variety of industries and scenarios, from complex carve-outs through to buy-and-build strategies and rescue missions. Separately, Lucy sits in the Interim Delivery team, taking responsibility for driving process improvement across the function and identifying ways to improve both candidate and client user experiences. Outside of the office, Lucy is based in Cambridgeshire, enjoying countryside living.

Dan holds a chartered accountant qualification, backed by a track record spanning over 15 years in the corporate world. His experience covers a wide spectrum of financial aspects, including finance management, control, reporting, and strategic planning. Notably, he spent seven of those years in the Recruitment sector, serving at the director level. During this time, he helped to grow a company from its start-up phase to achieving annual revenues exceeding £100 million. As a consultant Finance Director, Dan oversees the day-to-day financial operations and contributes to the company's growth strategies. Dan resides in London, where he shares his home with his wife, daughter, and a white Bichon Frise!

Tom is focused on generalist value creation functions within private equity operations teams and their portfolio companies. Tom has spent over 10 years leading senior level interim and independent consulting engagements for private equity funds, portfolio companies, and other privately owned and corporate clients. Typical requirements include interim C-Suite and C-1 roles in transformation, carve-out/PMI, operations, and general management, as well as ad hoc strategy, pricing and M&A assignments. Tom has worked extensively with current and former strategy consultants across all sectors.

Nicole brings more than 15 years of experience within the corporate and technology sectors, providing high-level support to C-suite executives. She is highly regarded for her organisational expertise, event coordination skills, and ability to build and nurture strong professional relationships, making her a trusted partner at leadership level.In her role as Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to the Co-Founders, Nicole plays an integral part in supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to the ongoing growth of the team and the wider business. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys a busy home life with her husband and two daughters. She loves cooking, socialising and travelling whenever she gets the opportunity.

Rhodri is a Junior Associate currently completing a placement year with Greco Advisors, where he is rotating across key value creation practice areas. Originally from South Wales, Rhodri is pursuing a BSc in Business Economics at the University of Exeter. At university, he has developed a passion for behavioural economics and environmental economics. Outside of the office, Rhodri is a keen sportsperson keeping fit by playing golf, football and going to the gym as well as being a big fan of Welsh rugby.

Calixta is a Junior Associate currently completing a placement year with Greco Advisors, where she is rotating across key value creation practice areas. Originally from Madrid, she moved to the UK to study Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) at the University of Warwick.
Calixta brings experience from international finance and consulting firms, and is fluent in Spanish, French and English. Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading, and cooking for family and friends.

As an Associate Consultant within Greco's Portfolio Operations practice, Fenella plays a key role in enhancing value creation for Private Equity funds. She achieves this by identifying and placing top Operating professionals, spanning from VP to Partner level. Fenella is passionate about finding the optimal fit for both candidate and client.
Fenella holds a Bachelor's degree in History from University College London. She began her career in Executive Search, spending just over a year supporting the research function of a boutique firm. There, she specialised in placing senior to C-suite level executives across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure, and Retail industries. Outside of work, Fenella enjoys playing tennis in and around Wandsworth and exploring the West End for musical theatre shows.

Olivia is a consultant within Greco's Portfolio Operations team, where she partners closely with Private Equity funds. Her focus is on identifying and placing exceptional Operating Professionals, from VP to Partner level, who can drive value within portfolio companies. Prior to Greco, Olivia gained significant experience in the infrastructure sector, where she successfully placed senior to C-suite level professionals. Her expertise spans various functions, with a particular emphasis on commercial and operational leadership roles.

Originally from Barbados, Olivia moved to London six years ago to pursue her Bachelor’s degree from King’s College London. Outside of work, Olivia maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying cycling, spin classes, and swimming, particularly at Brockwell Park.

George leads Greco’s Matrix service, partnering with deal teams and operating partners to design and manage networks of functional advisors supporting portfolio and pre-deal initiatives. He joined Greco after seven years at a global expert network, where he worked with large and mid-cap funds across Europe and the U.S. to source and place C-level advisors across all deal stages and industries. Outside of work, George enjoys playing squash and hiking.

Katja is a Senior Consultant in Greco’s Technology, Product & Data practice, specialising in technology executive search. She works with investors and portfolio companies to identify and appoint leaders who can build and scale technology and data capabilities across complex organisations. Prior to joining Greco, Katja spent four years focused on executive search within financial services, partnering with leading institutional asset managers, alternative asset firms, private markets investors and hedge funds to deliver senior and C-suite appointments. Katja takes a highly research-led and consultative approach to search, building trusted relationships with both investors and operators across the evolving private equity landscape. Outside of work, Katja enjoys cooking, playing football for her local team in South West London and working on illustration projects.
