Harry leads the Interim CFO practice, specialising in executive finance hires for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He is dedicated to supporting private equity funds with the immediate deployment of trusted CFOs in response to growth and turnaround situations, and he provides tailored CFO advisory services to assist with due diligence, diagnostics, complex transactions, and exit readiness. Before joining Greco, Harry played a key role in establishing and leading the Business Development function at Freshminds. Outside of his professional pursuits in London, Harry finds enjoyment in spending time outdoors in Sussex.

Oli leads our Finance and Go‑To‑Market executive search teams, bringing over a decade of search experience alongside more than three years as Portfolio Talent Director within Montagu Private Equity’s value creation function. He has overseen numerous critical hiring processes, interviewed thousands of executives and driven data‑led decision‑making and best‑practice approaches to executive hiring from both the search and portfolio‑talent perspectives. His focus is on hiring Finance and Go-To-Market leaders for private equity value creation teams and their portfolio companies. Outside of work, Oli enjoys spending time with his wife, two young daughters, and his Olde English Bulldogge… who all keep him on his toes. He is a fan of great food, a dram of good whisky, and watching Aston Villa whenever he can.

Jeffrey Bunn is Partner & Head of Interim, North America at Greco Advisors, bringing over 16 years of experience across private equity and interim solutioning. He works closely with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to deliver high-impact interim talent at critical moments of transformation and execution. Jeffrey specialises in value creation through interim resourcing, supporting both fund operations and portfolio leadership across integration, transformation, restructuring, and key functional hires. He has a particular focus on placing senior interim leaders across C-suite and strategy/transformation roles. He is drawn to the pace and impact of interim - where the right leadership, at the right time, can unlock meaningful results. His strength lies in connecting organisations with proven operators who bring clarity, precision and immediate impact. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys cooking, fitness, travel and spending time with friends and family.

Lucy brings specialised experience in placing top-tier finance executives within private equity portfolio companies. At Greco, Lucy focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of CFOs and advisors. With Harry, they have successfully placed interim finance talent across the UK, Europe, and the US, within a variety of industries and scenarios, from complex carve-outs through to buy-and-build strategies and rescue missions. Separately, Lucy sits in the Interim Delivery team, taking responsibility for driving process improvement across the function and identifying ways to improve both candidate and client user experiences. Outside of the office, Lucy is based in Cambridgeshire, enjoying countryside living.

Lucy is a Senior Consultant within our Finance Executive Search team, specialising in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our network of CFOs and senior finance leaders. Across the last five years, Lucy has successfully delivered executive level finance appointments in the UK, US, and Europe where she has partnered with private equity-backed assets across a breadth of industries and investment scenarios.

After three years specialising in C-suite minus one finance appointments in the UK, Lucy relocated to New York, where she focused on CFO mandates across the US market. Lucy graduated with an LLB (Honours) from the University of Edinburgh Law School in 2021. Outside of work, Lucy plays tennis in the evenings, rides at Hyde Park Stables and plans to run her third marathon next year.
