Johnnie leads our interim practice, bringing over a decade of Private Equity recruitment experience across London and New York before co-founding Greco. He’s worked with everyone partnering with funds of all sizes from first-time raises to global giants, specialising in Interim Management and Independent Consultants. Johnnie is drawn to the pace, flexibility and immediate impact this talent pool brings to value creation. His strength lies in building trusted relationships and delivering high-impact talent with speed, precision and flexibility - where it matters most. Outside of work, Johnnie enjoys cycling through the Yorkshire hills and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Oli leads our Finance and Go‑To‑Market executive search teams, bringing over a decade of search experience alongside more than three years as Portfolio Talent Director within Montagu Private Equity’s value creation function. He has overseen numerous critical hiring processes, interviewed thousands of executives and driven data‑led decision‑making and best‑practice approaches to executive hiring from both the search and portfolio‑talent perspectives. His focus is on hiring Finance and Go-To-Market leaders for private equity value creation teams and their portfolio companies. Outside of work, Oli enjoys spending time with his wife, two young daughters, and his Olde English Bulldogge… who all keep him on his toes. He is a fan of great food, a dram of good whisky, and watching Aston Villa whenever he can.
