We specialise in building portfolio operations teams from Partner level down to Associate, either establishing or scaling the team with extensive experience across generalist, specialist and advisory models.
Matt leads our Executive Search practice and has been building Private Equity Portfolio Operations functions since 2016, when there were fewer than 70 Operating Partners across Europe. Today, with over 100 successful searches under his belt, he’s worked with the world’s largest funds, family offices, and search funds alike, placing talent from Partner to Associate level. Before founding Greco, Matt built and led the Pricing, Strategy, and Private Equity practices at Investigo. Outside of work, he’s a golf obsessive (handicap 9), a lover of Southern Italy, and can usually be found walking his dog Roger around Walthamstow.
Lottie Barrow
Junior Vice President, Search
Lottie has joined Greco as part of the executive search team and is focused on building Portfolio Operations teams within private equity funds. She brings 7 years of experience working in recruitment and search, most recently placing mid-level investment professionals into PE funds, specifically with mid-market and large-cap private equity clients. At Greco, her focus will be on partnering with PE funds to identify and secure Operating professionals from VP to Partner level. Outside of the office, Lottie lives in South West London and enjoys staying active by running and playing tennis in Battersea Park. When she can, she enjoys escaping to Dorset to explore new coastal walks.
Fenella Alexander
Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant within Greco Advisors' Portfolio Operations practice, Fenella plays a key role in enhancing value creation for Private Equity funds. She achieves this by identifying and placing top Operating professionals, spanning from VP to Partner level. Fenella is passionate about finding the optimal fit for both candidate and client. Fenella holds a Bachelor's degree in History from University College London. She began her career in Executive Search, spending just over a year supporting the research function of a boutique firm. There, she specialised in placing senior to C-suite level executives across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure, and Retail industries. Outside of work, Fenella enjoys playing tennis in and around Wandsworth and exploring the West End for musical theatre shows.
Olivia Copeland
Consultant
Olivia is a consultant within Greco's Portfolio Operations team, where she partners closely with Private Equity funds. Her focus is on identifying and placing exceptional Operating Professionals, from VP to Partner level, who can drive value within portfolio companies. Prior to Greco, Olivia gained significant experience in the infrastructure sector, where she successfully placed senior to C-suite level professionals. Her expertise spans various functions, with a particular emphasis on commercial and operational leadership roles. Originally from Barbados, Olivia moved to London six years ago to pursue her Bachelor’s degree from King’s College London. Outside of work, Olivia maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying cycling, spin classes, and swimming, particularly at Brockwell Park.
