One of Greco’s core offerings is our Portfolio Operations practice. As dedicated specialists within this small but growing function of PE funds, we are one of the market leaders in Europe. We have a long track record of delivering over 100 Portfolio Operations searches, and an active client base of over 45 funds, from some of the very largest funds, to smaller lower-mid market specialist firms. We are sector and situation agnostic, but have deep expertise in the Portfolio Operations function. Within our practice, we support Private Equity funds across Europe and North America with building their value creation teams, from Manager to Partner. Our capabilities have evolved with the maturation of the function too; our initial offering was centred around the ‘generalist’ ex-consulting hires, but as the Private Equity industry has evolved, with value creation becoming more central to generating alpha, we have expanded our functional capabilities in line with our Private Equity clients. Junior Vice President, Search

Lottie is part of the executive search team and is focused on building Portfolio Operations teams within private equity funds. She brings nearly a decade of experience working in recruitment and search, previously placing mid-level investment professionals with mid-market and large-cap private equity clients. At Greco, her focus is on partnering with PE funds to identify and secure Operating professionals from VP to Partner level. Outside of the office, Lottie lives in South West London where she enjoys home life with her husband and young son. When she can, she enjoys escaping to Dorset to explore new coastal walks.

Fenella Alexander

Consultant

As an Associate Consultant within Greco Advisors Portfolio Operations practice, Fenella plays a key role in enhancing value creation for Private Equity funds. She achieves this by identifying and placing top Operating professionals, spanning from VP to Partner level. Fenella is passionate about finding the optimal fit for both candidate and client. Fenella holds a Bachelor's degree in History from University College London. She began her career in Executive Search, spending just over a year supporting the research function of a boutique firm. There, she specialised in placing senior to C-suite level executives across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure, and Retail industries. Outside of work, Fenella enjoys playing tennis in and around Wandsworth and exploring the West End for musical theatre shows.

Olivia Copeland

Senior Consultant

Olivia is a Senior Consultant within Greco's Portfolio Operations team, where she partners closely with Private Equity funds. Her focus is on identifying and placing exceptional Operating Professionals, from VP to Partner level, who can drive value within portfolio companies.

Prior to Greco, Olivia gained significant experience in the infrastructure sector, where she successfully placed senior to C-suite level professionals. Her expertise spans various functions, with a particular emphasis on commercial and operational leadership roles. Originally from Barbados, Olivia moved to London six years ago to pursue her Bachelor’s degree from King’s College London. Outside of work, Olivia maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying cycling, spin classes and swimming, particularly at Brockwell Park.

Harry Wells

Senior Consultant

Harry is a Senior Consultant within Greco's Portfolio Operations and Go‑To‑Market practices. He specialises in executive search and senior leadership appointments across the private equity ecosystem.

Prior to Greco, Harry was a Senior Consultant at Drayton, where he advised clients on senior executive appointments within the consumer sector. His experience includes working with boards, investors, and management teams on searches for senior leaders across a range of functions, with a particular emphasis on private equity-backed businesses.

Born and raised in Brussels, Harry moved to the UK to study Politics with Economics at the University of Bath. Outside of work, Harry is a keen runner, cook and Arsenal supporter.
