Selena leads our People & Talent practice, partnering with Private Equity Funds and Portfolio Leadership teams to appoint exceptional HR talent. She delivers Search, Interim and Advisory solutions across two core areas: building HR and Talent capability within portfolio operations teams and appointing senior HR leaders into portfolio companies. These appointments strengthen leadership capability and drive value creation at every stage of the investment lifecycle, shaping culture and enhancing performance. Drawing on a trusted, international network built over more than a decade, Selena brings a deep understanding of how HR drives value creation. She is known for challenging conventional hiring approaches and building long-term relationships grounded in authenticity, transparency and integrity.

Jeffrey Bunn

Partner & Head of North American Interim
Jeffrey Bunn is Partner & Head of Interim, North America at Greco Advisors, bringing over 16 years of experience across private equity and interim solutioning. He works closely with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to deliver high-impact interim talent at critical moments of transformation and execution. Jeffrey specialises in value creation through interim resourcing, supporting both fund operations and portfolio leadership across integration, transformation, restructuring, and key functional hires. He has a particular focus on placing senior interim leaders across C-suite and strategy/transformation roles. He is drawn to the pace and impact of interim - where the right leadership, at the right time, can unlock meaningful results. His strength lies in connecting organisations with proven operators who bring clarity, precision and immediate impact. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys cooking, fitness, travel and spending time with friends and family.
