Dickon Cole

Director, Search
Dickon leads our Strategy & Transformation practice, hiring key CEO-1 permanent leadership positions across PE-backed businesses in Europe & the US. Dickon has spent 11 years leading senior searches across strategy, transformation and M&A for both private equity funds, their portfolios as well as corporate clients. His typical placements include Chief Transformation Officer, VP Transformation and Chief of Staff. Dickon has led senior leadership searches across a range of sectors and geographies, from ExCo leadership through to building out teams from the ground up. Outside of work, Dickon is a keen cook and enjoys travelling to as many new countries as possible.

Tom Shores

Vice President, Interim
Tom is focused on generalist value creation functions within private equity operations teams and their portfolio companies. Tom has spent over 10 years leading senior level interim and independent consulting engagements for private equity funds, portfolio companies, and other privately owned and corporate clients. Typical requirements include interim C-Suite and C-1 roles in transformation, carve-out/PMI, operations, and general management, as well as ad hoc strategy, pricing and M&A assignments. Tom has worked extensively with current and former strategy consultants across all sectors.

Natalie Milburn

Consultant, Search
Natalie is a Senior Consultant in Greco’s Strategy & Transformation Practice, focused on placing high-impact value creation talent into private equity-backed businesses. She specialises in hiring transformation leaders across PE portfolio companies, from Chief of Staff through to Chief Transformation Officer roles. She has worked across a range of industries, partnering with investors and management teams to find the right leaders to drive change, accelerate performance, and unlock value. She began her career in executive search focused on the mining industry, where she conducted site-based and corporate searches globally and worked on pre-investment due diligence projects for resource funds. Natalie holds a BA in Politics and Spanish from the University of Bristol. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys dining out with friends, reading, and painting.

Asma Mohamed Ali

Associate Consultant
Asma is an Associate Consultant in Greco’s Strategy and Transformation practice, dedicated to placing top value-creation talent within private equity portfolio companies. She began her career in corporate sales covering the EMEA and APAC regions before transitioning to a global executive search firm, partnering with private markets clients. Asma supported the execution of local and cross-border search mandates, where she actively engaged with senior investment professionals across Europe, the Middle East and North America. Through this work, she gained exposure to some of the most elite GPs in the industry, providing research-driven support and market insights to enable impactful hiring decisions. Asma is committed to finding talent that empowers portfolio companies to realise their strategic and operational potential. She speaks English and Somali, and has a good understanding of Arabic.

Jeffrey Bunn

Jeffrey Bunn is Partner & Head of Interim, North America at Greco Advisors, bringing over 16 years of experience across private equity and interim solutioning. He works closely with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to deliver high-impact interim talent at critical moments of transformation and execution. Jeffrey specialises in value creation through interim resourcing, supporting both fund operations and portfolio leadership across integration, transformation, restructuring, and key functional hires. He has a particular focus on placing senior interim leaders across C-suite and strategy/transformation roles. He is drawn to the pace and impact of interim - where the right leadership, at the right time, can unlock meaningful results. His strength lies in connecting organisations with proven operators who bring clarity, precision and immediate impact. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys cooking, fitness, travel and spending time with friends and family.
