At the beginning of the year, we moved into our new office, 15 Long Lane - a space designed to support collaboration, creativity and growth. It marks an important new chapter for Greco and reflects how far the business has come. The move wasn’t just about more square footage; it was about creating a better home for our team and a place where ideas can thrive.

This year saw the arrival of several exceptional new hires across the business, strengthening our capability and extending the depth of expertise we bring to every partner we work with. Each new team member has added their own perspective, personality and professionalism - shaping not just our output, but our culture too. We welcomed Edward Deng, Jenna Faust, Calixta Yun, Rhodri Williams, Fenella Alexander, Olivia Copeland, Ethan Harrison and George Mitchell-Dawson - each strengthening our collective expertise across search, advisory and transformation.
Alongside this, our team days have become one of the real highlights of the year. Whether focused on strategy, reflection or simply reconnecting away from the day-to-day pace, these moments have played a vital role in keeping our team aligned, energised and inspired.
This year we also launched TechFasts, a new series of intimate breakfast-meetings aimed at bringing together senior operating partners and transformation leaders in Private Equity for open discussion, fresh insight and shared learning. TechFasts has already hosted impactful conversations spanning AI adoption, transformation leadership and value creation across portfolio companies. It marks an important evolution in our commitment to thought leadership and peer-to-peer connection across the industry.
Through these breakfast events, Greco is creating a trusted space for collaboration and knowledge-sharing, strengthening connections across the industry and shaping the future of value creation.
This year also saw the launch of our new website - a platform that better reflects who we are, what we do and where we’re headed. It gives us a far clearer and more intuitive way to tell the Greco story, bringing our four core services - Executive Search, Interim Management, Advisory and Matrix to life alongside our six practice areas: Portfolio Operations, Strategy and Transformation, Technology, Product and Data, Finance, People and Talent as well as Commercial and GTM.

Beyond services, the site now offers a more considered view of the people behind Greco through a detailed Meet the Team page, as well as a dedicated space to share our latest insights and highlight upcoming events. Together, it’s a more joined-up, purposeful platform that supports how we work today and where we’re heading next.
The launch of Matrix, in September has been another defining achievement of 2025. Built to elevate how top-tier talent and leadership teams connect, Matrix marks an exciting evolution in how we support businesses with future-forward thinking around people, data and strategy. For more information, please contact George Mitchell-Dawson.
2025 has also been a year of giving back. This year we volunteered at Kentish Town City Farm to show that impact goes beyond the workplace. These moments have been some of the most meaningful of the year - reminding us of the value of connection, contribution and shared purpose.

We also donated over £3,500 to our chosen charity, War Child, a specialist charity dedicated to protecting, educating and supporting children whose lives have been torn apart by war. War Child works - often in some of the world’s most difficult conflict zones - to provide emergency aid, safe learning spaces, psychosocial support and long-term programmes that help children heal, rebuild and reclaim their childhood. By contributing to this vital work, we’re helping ensure that even in the darkest places, children still have a chance at a safe, hopeful future.
This year, Greco hosted an exclusive Data Dinner on AI Value Creation at The Wolseley in London - inviting senior Data and AI leaders from leading private equity funds to come together for an evening of insight, dialogue and connection. The dinner, led by our own team, created a relaxed yet stimulating setting for attendees to share practical experience on how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping value creation across both funds and their portfolio companies.
From AI due diligence to portfolio diagnostics and real-time monitoring, the discussions explored opportunities and challenges, and underscored the growing role of data-driven decision-making in modern private equity. By convening this forum, Greco reaffirmed its commitment to facilitating meaningful, industry-wide conversations around technology, transformation and long-term value creation. We're looking forward to hosting more in 2026.
We’ve been proud to welcome a number of new partners across the year, each bringing unique challenges, ambitions and opportunities. Every new collaboration reinforces why we do what we do - helping ambitious businesses build exceptional leadership teams and scale with confidence.
We have rounded off the year in style with our drinks reception at Quaglino's - a chance to celebrate the year’s achievements together with clients and partners. It was the perfect reflection of everything we stand for: relationships, collaboration and shared success.

As we move into the New Year, we do so with clarity, momentum and ambition. This year has set powerful foundations - for our team, our partners and the future growth of Greco. We have so much to come next year and can’t wait to share more soon. To everyone who has been part of our journey this year: thank you. We can’t wait to build what comes next, together.
